Before attending your appointment

• Where possible try to complete the terms and condition form
• Where possible try to pay using the link on your invoice. Note you can also pay at the appointment
• Have a read of our other guides so you get the most out of your appointment

On attendance to your appointment

• Park around the back of the building. Then you can either wait outside in your car or enter the reception at the front of the building.  Please note reception is closed from 5pm Monday-Friday and at weekends and you will therefore have to wait in the carpark.
• If you go to reception, they will notify us of your attendance.
• If you choose to wait in the car we will call you at the time of your appointment and come and collect you.
• Before inviting you in the clinic they will perform a COVID-19 screen once again

During your appointment

• Any outstanding administration will be completed. This may include terms and conditions forms, payment and / or other personal information
• You will then have your assessment and treatment
• If further appointments are required this will be booked in with you at the end of the session

After your appointment

• You will be guided back out of the building
